Where We Ship From
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong by Scenic Field Limited, the company behind Wobomatic.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free standard worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time), excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are 14–21 business days, depending on your location and local postal service conditions. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays.
Shipping Carrier
We ship via Hong Kong Post with full tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your order at our Order Tracking page.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Wobomatic ships internationally from Hong Kong. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We are unable to predict or control these charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Wobomatic is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at cs@wobomatic.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Wobomatic is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office and reach out to us at cs@wobomatic.com so we can assist.
