What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
You may cancel or modify your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please contact us immediately at cs@wobomatic.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
We require 3–5 working days to fulfil your order. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days depending on your location. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can also use our Order Tracking page to follow your package.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Please allow 1–3 working days for tracking information to appear after dispatch. If there is still no update after that, contact us at cs@wobomatic.com.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at cs@wobomatic.com with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
