Shipping Policy
Free Worldwide Shipping
Wobomatic proudly offers FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. We require 3–5 working days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is between 7–10 business days depending on your country or region. Please note that holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events may impact delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow your package's journey. Please allow 1–3 working days for tracking information to become available. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page.
Pre-ordered or Back-ordered Items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and dispatch the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order, don't worry — the rest will follow shortly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately at cs@wobomatic.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Wobomatic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. Returns
Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on how to make a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
